The role:
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Designer to join our Marketing team and lead the production of pivotal marketing assets such as graphic design, web design and motion & video editing. They will be responsible for managing the design studio and ensuring a consistent brand experience for clients and prospective clients with strong collateral. This person will also be collaborating with various teams to drive the company’s visual identity, propel the brand forward, and provide services and solutions across EDITED.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating solutions in a fast-paced and fun environment and a drive for perfection and attention to detail. As well as being able to take ownership of various projects, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to influence decision-making within the marketing team and have a significant impact on brand development and EDITED’s creative direction.
Responsibilities:
Execute design work across various channels including content, sales enablement, demand generation, social media ads, collateral, whitepapers, and graphics.
Develop and produce video content and animations, including working with off-site video crews.
Manage and administer the design studio and act as a brand ambassador within the company to ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
Work with the social media team to develop a social brand guide and with the Creative Director on implementing project direction, workload, and deadlines.
Handle adhoc design tasks such as updating board decks and sales decks.
Assisting with intranet and website design, and acquiring and maintaining stock graphic, icon, photo, and video libraries.
Requirements
Essential:
Minimum 5 years of experience in professional design work, within either a B2B SaaS or design agency environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of abilities across still and motion graphics as well as video editing.
A self-motivated attitude with a desire to grow and take ownership.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have:
Experience using Canva, Wordpress and Hubspot.
Familiarity with Figma for UX/UI design.
