Position Description
Performs varied and complex administrative, technical and/or clerical duties involving writing, editing and compiling information which may include catalogs, brochures, class schedules, manuscripts and other documents related to designated area.

Major/Essential Functions
Curriculog platform maintenance including updating approval processes, routing proposals, deleting proposals, checking on stuck proposals, updating hierarchies and user accounts, running reports, assisting users, etc.; proofreading catalog, commencement programs, faculty handbook, calendars, website, etc.; assisting with annual and monthly catalog updates; assisting with faculty directory updates; updating office website and final exam pages; other duties as needed.

Ability to proofread documents and correct errors in grammar, punctuation, and style; ability to collect, sort, and parse data and records; ability to manage and maintain departmental websites and online catalog/curriculum management platforms; ability to utilize MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); ability to utilize Adobe Acrobat.

Required Qualifications
Graduation from high school or the equivalent plus five years related experience. Additional job related education may substitute for experience on a year-for-year basis.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related area plus one (1) year progressively responsible related experience.

Working knowledge of Curriculog curriculum management platform; working knowledge of the OmniUpdate web design platform; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software, including InDesign and Photoshop; ability to lay out publications in InDesign; ability to operate complex online database and approval process platforms; experience in editing and writing for publications, especially legal and/or technical publications.
