Effectual is looking for a Cloud Operations Lead to manage AWS cloud support and enhance customer satisfaction while leading a team of technicians.

- Lead a team of Cloud Operations technicians and engineers
- Provide operational support to customers' technical IT engineers
- Troubleshoot and deploy cloud networking infrastructure

- Identify opportunities for improvement in customer environments
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
