Job Description
At Egis Group / Inhabit, we present an outstanding two-year graduate program designed to cultivate a varied set of knowledge and skills. We are seeking talented, motivated, and innovative Graduates to join our dynamic and high-performing Facades team in Melbourne for 2026!
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertaking the design, engineering and documentation for façade and build-ability consultancy inclusive of detailed engineering calculations, analysis, drawings, and specifications.
- Reviewing contractor submissions, show drawings and calculations.
- Façade engineering design and buildability consultancy, including material knowledge and installation techniques.
- Assisting in preparing tender submissions.
- Liaising and coordinating with the design/project team and other disciplines within Inhabit as required.
- Building relationships with clients on projects and develop contacts within the façade industry.
Qualifications
- Recent graduate of a Masters in Architecture, or Bachelor of Design (Architecture)
- Relevant work rights to live and work full-time in Australia
- Previous student vacation/internship experience ideally in a consulting environment highly desired
- Experience working within a team in retail, hospitality or customer service industries highly desired
- Possesses a strong desire to learn and grow professionally
- Are innovative thinkers and problem-solvers
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Excellent rapport building skills and desire to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment
