En études ou sur le terrain, ingénieur au technicien confirmé, participez grâce à votre expertise à nos différents projets tertiaires et publics, en France et à l’international, à l’image de La Samaritaine, La Bibliothèque de France à Paris, l’Usine d’Eolienne au Havre, le CHU de Pointe-à-Pitre en Guadeloupe, afin de construire un futur durable à nos enfants !

Egis Concept : 

Au travers de ses deux marques, Elioth, spécialisé en maîtrise d’œuvre bas-carbone, environnement, façade, structures et Openergy, ayant notamment développé une solution d’avatar énergétique du bâtiment, Egis Concept apporte une réponse complète aux enjeux de performance et sobriété énergétique et également de neutralité carbone.

Cette association de savoir consolide l’expertise d’Egis Concept quant aux sujets liés au diagnostic, à la performance énergétique du bâtiment, aux missions spécifiques liés à la physique du bâtiment, à la simulation numérique et à la neutralité carbone.

Nous recherchons un.e Ingénieur.e commercial.e dynamique et expérimenté pour accompagner notre croissance. Si vous avez entre 3 à 5 ans d'expérience et que vous êtes prêt à relever de nouveaux défis, cette opportunité est faite pour vous !

Vos missions :

  • Accompagner l’équipe d’Egis Concept dans son développement commercial pour l'ensemble de ses activités ; 
  • Obtenir les informations nécessaires à la réussite des projets grâce à votre agilité et votre talent de communicant ; 
  • Détecter très en amont les pistes et opportunités grâce à votre réseau ; 
  • Assurer la coordination de la rédaction des offres commerciales en lien avec l'équipe technique et opérationnelle (mémoire, honoraire, sélection des CVs et références...) ; 
  • Assurer la veille quotidienne des appels d'offres publics ; 
  • Participer au marketing des offres ; 
  • Assurer le reporting commercial et la mise à jour du CRM ; 
  • Assurer le suivi client en phase de réalisation/satisfaction client et rebond commercial ; 
  • Assurer la veille concurrentielle ;

Qualifications

Domaine d'expertise : Ingénierie, performance énergétique, développement durable

Formation : BAC +5 (commercial, architecte et/ou ingénieur)
Expérience : 3 à 5 ans minimum en bureau d’études, cabinet de conseil, entreprise de travaux/exploitation, maîtrise d’ouvrages, avec des missions de développement commercial

Compétences requises :

  • Excellente communication
  • Capacité à convaincre vos interlocuteurs internes et externes
  • Maîtrise des techniques de questionnement et de l’écoute active
  • Autonomie et prise d'initiatives
