Our growing Urban Development team includes talented engineers and designers working on residential subdivisions, land lease communities, townhouses, and commercial and industrial developments—partnering with some of the most respected local and national developers.

Job Description

We’re looking for a Civil Designer – Urban Development to join our Sunshine Coast team. In this role, you’ll contribute to the delivery of high-quality design solutions across a wide range of urban development projects, helping shape connected, future-ready communities in the region.

This is an ideal opportunity if you’re ready to take the next step in your career and work on exciting, community-shaping projects. You’ll be supported by experienced senior team members, including Technical Directors, in a collaborative environment that values innovation and work-life balance.

Qualifications

  • Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering or similar
  • 2+ years’ experience in Urban Development (preferred)

  • Strong skills in 12D and CAD

  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
