EHS Product Manager

Your role:
- Partner closely with Engineering and Customer Experience to continuously scale our fulfillment engine.
- Manage priorities and trade-offs.
- Define, monitor, and analyze metrics.
- Identify manual processes; recommend technologies to invest in or leverage.
- Grow your reach and responsibilities as Encamp scales.
Who we're looking for:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Product Manager, Technical Program Manager, Solution Architect or a similar role in a software company
- Passion for creating tools that power productivity
- Self-starter who wants to work in a rapidly changing, high-growth startup environment
- Creative problem solver who can balance flexibility, power, and ease of use
- Excellent communicator
