That is why we are hiring an Analytics Engineer to join our expanding Data team and take on responsibilities building and maintaining our foundational data infrastructure as well as driving a data-driven culture.

This is a high-impact role within the organization, with the opportunity to operationalize the most important business analytics and create best processes surrounding analyses. 

This role is eligible for remote work from Europe, the UK or LATAM.

How you’ll contribute

First and foremost, we are a mission-driven company, so a passion for what we do and our mission is key. At a high level, the role encompasses these areas:

• Build and maintain ETL pipelines from various sources

• Create accurate and robust data models using DBT and LookML

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define & measure key business metrics; help build standardized reporting & dashboards

• Develop robust QA processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity

What you'll need to succeed

• You are interested in the health and wellness space, particularly sleep.

• 3+ years of experience in analytics engineering or a similar role 

• Expert in SQL and database table design on cloud-based data warehouses (Snowflake preferred)

• Experience using Data Build Tool (dbt)

• Strong experience building and maintaining robust data models & warehouses

• Experience using business intelligence tools such as Looker or Tableau to communicate business insights (Looker preferred)

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with cross-functional partners to translate business needs into data-driven solutions

• Experience leading enterprise wide data projects, structured and unstructured, joining large and complex data sets

Bonus points for

• Proficiency in Python

• Experience working at a consumer products company focusing on health and wellness
