About the role

We’re hiring a Partnerships Manager to oversee strategy and day-to-day management of our Podcast and Influencers programs. You’ll work closely with existing and new partners to further expand the brand’s profile in a way that drives the business forward.

This is a crucial role in translating the company’s mission by activating the brand values through key partners that can reach our desired audiences. You’ll report directly to VP of Brand & Marketing, and work remotely or in our NYC office (Flatiron) if you are local.

How you’ll contribute

  • Responsible for allocating the program’s budgets to maximize ROI, hitting the desired revenue and CAC targets

  • Own the planning of the partnerships portfolio, aligning the content drops with the business seasonality and key launch moments

  • Identify and recommend top-performing partners through meticulous market, competitor, and audience research

  • Onboard and set up partners for long-term success through standardized processes, working closely with the Partnerships Coordinator 

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key players in the space (including agencies, managers, and influencers) to ensure the brand is considered for key opportunities to drive the highest ROI

  • Maintain up-to-date systems, including contact sheets, contracts, status and performance reports to enable scalable program management 

  • Oversee reporting and optimization of the Partnerships portfolio, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of all key metrics

  • Lead and support other strategic projects and initiatives to support the performance team in working with the creator economy

What you need to succeed

  • 4+ years experience in consulting, performance marketing, and/or creator/influencer marketing

  • Demonstrated experience using data to make projections, allocate budgets, and drive business success 

  • You are able to identify and communicate the opportunities and risks for the channels 

  • Prior experience working in media buying or podcasts is a plus 

  • Outstanding people skills, comfortable working with and maintaining relationships with agencies, vendors, and network partners

  • Experience taking projects from 0-1 with little oversight and ability to articulate the why's and how's

  • Comfortable leveraging large amounts of data to drive decisions and passionate about continuous testing and optimization 

  • You have a passion for health and wellness, and high-performance sleep
