At El Pollo Loco, we are looking for an energetic and outgoing individual to join our team as a Service Assistant. We seek a professional with excellent customer service and communication skills who will demonstrate a passion for our brand and products. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and a desire to learn.The Service Assistant will be responsible for providing world-class... customer service, taking and preparing orders, and accurately ringing up customers. This role will also involve cleaning and restocking customer areas, maintaining a neat and organized work area, and ensuring that all food safety guidelines are followed.The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment and a high school diploma or equivalent. A friendly and outgoing personality is a must for this job, as well as the ability to multi-task and work in a team-oriented environment.
