This role is vital in providing exceptional technical support to our Portuguese-speaking clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service with our advanced IT products and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding technical support to Portuguese-speaking customers through phone, email, and live chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions accurately in our support system.
• Guide clients on best practices to enhance their experience with our IT solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues effectively.
• Stay informed about product updates and technological advancements to improve service quality.
• Engage in continuous learning to enhance your technical skills and customer service proficiency.

• Fluency in Portuguese and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Prior experience in IT support or customer service is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication abilities with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with help desk software and IT support tools is a plus.
• A strong ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
