This opportunity is ideal for military personnel transitioning into their first civilian job in fall 2024, offering a unique internship experience within the last 180 days of their service.As a SkillBridge Recruitment Intern at Elastic, you will be pivotal in shaping our talent acquisition strategies, particularly in early talent recruitment and program management. We welcome candidates with strong leadership skills and practical communication abilities to join our dynamic team, which predominantly operates in a remote environment.What You Will Do:• Full Cycle Recruitment: Contribute and shadow the hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance. Learn how to craft a consistent and exceptional hiring experience for candidates and internal client groups.• Relationship Building: Solidify relationships with recruiters and leadership to understand hiring needs and priorities. Serve as an advisor and partner to build and maintain healthy pipelines of exceptional candidates.• Early Talent Recruitment: Work directly with our Global Lead of Early Talent Recruitment the full cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to offer acceptance, specifically focusing on early talent acquisition and the Skillbridge Internship Program. Craft an exceptional hiring experience for candidates and internal client groups, ensuring a seamless transition for military personnel entering the civilian workforce.• Program Management: Collaborate with the global recruiting team to develop, implement, and execute recruiting strategies, focusing on program management for SkillBridge participants. Leverage industry training, apprenticeships, and internships to provide valuable civilian work experience for service members.• Stakeholder Engagement: Solidify relationships with leadership, advising and partnering to build robust pipelines of outstanding candidates. Act as a liaison between the recruiting team and other departments, such as Finance and Legal, to streamline the recruiting process and ensure alignment with organizational goals.• Brand Ambassador: Be a passionate Elastic brand ambassador for the SkillBridge program throughout the recruitment process.
