As a Tech-savvy Marketing Assistant at Electra, reporting to the Head of Marketing, you play a crucial role in implementing the marketing communications plan aligned with our business objectives. This hybrid role combines traditional marketing support with a focus on AI-driven strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Content Creation Support:
- Assist with content creation for marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand voice and objectives.
- Support the production of various marketing collaterals (e.g., newsletters, blogs, advertising).
- Utilize AI tools to optimize content based on engagement metrics and audience insights.
Marketing Campaign Support:
- Collaborate with the team to implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Assist in the execution, monitoring, and analysis of campaigns, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) with the help of AI-driven tools.
- Suggest campaign optimizations and content improvements based on data-driven insights.
AI-Driven Market Analysis and Lead Generation:
- Leverage AI tools to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and nurture leads using AI-powered insights, contributing to data-driven marketing strategies for growth in KSA, Europe, and beyond.
Social Media Management:
- Assist in managing social media platforms, posting engaging content, and tracking performance metrics.
- Collaborate on creating innovative posts and using AI analytics to refine social media strategies.
Photography & Videography Management:
- Coordinate and assist with photoshoots and videography for internal events, campaigns, and marketing materials, ensuring alignment with AI-optimized visual content strategies.
On-Site Branding:
- Provide on-site support for branding efforts during events, exhibitions, and corporate gatherings.
- Support for Tenders & Presentations:
- Aid in preparing marketing materials and presentations for tender submissions and business pitches, using AI insights for targeted messaging.
- Internal & CSR Communications, Internal Events:
- Assist with internal communications and the organization of internal events.
- Contribute to CSR communications and sustainability initiatives, integrating AI analysis to optimize messaging.
- Employer Brand Management:
- Help maintain and promote the employer brand through various communications channels (e.g., intranet, internal newsletters).
- Use AI tools to enhance employer branding strategies.
- Intranet Content Management:
- Support updates and management of the company’s intranet with a focus on employer branding, internal communication needs, and marketing activities.
- Sustainability and QHSE Communications:
- Contribute to sustainability communications in line with QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) policies and initiatives.
Database Management and Reporting:
- Assist in creating, updating, and managing marketing databases, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation for targeted campaigns.
- Utilize AI-powered tools for compiling and analyzing data for marketing reports (e.g., campaign performance, customer insights, market trends).
Competitive Reports:
- Assist in compiling competitive market analysis reports and gathering relevant data using AI-driven insights.
Support for Rental Business & E-Commerce Communications:
- Provide communications support for the rental business and e-commerce marketing efforts (maintain Furniture Rental E-commerce and Catalogue updated).
- Use AI tools to monitor and optimize e-commerce performance.
Marketing Department Administration:
- Assist with administrative tasks related to the Marketing Department (e.g., orders, invoices, payments).
KNOWLEGDE & EXPERIENCE:
- Prior experience in marketing or internship
- Degree in marketing, communications, and/or business and/or administration
- Certification in Ai is a plus
- English language, Arabic is a plus but not mandatory
- Systems: Ai tools knowledge (mandatory), MS office, design software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva), marketing software (CRM), Google Analytics, WordPress CMS. HubSpot is a plus.
TECHNICAL& FUNICTIONAL SKILLS:
- Basic understanding of marketing and communications principles, including campaign execution and analytics.
- Familiarity with Ai tools and digital marketing tools (mandatory), email marketing platforms, and database management.
- Competence in design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar is a plus.
- Project management and organizational skills.
OTHER SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
- Self-motivated and proactive team player.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- Good copywriting and communication skills in English.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and campaign innovation.
- Ability to support sustainability communications and internal events.
- Familiarity with database management and reporting is an advantage.
