Manager I Customer Care - MultiLocation: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The Ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations.The Manager I Customer Care - Multi will be responsible for managing staff and responsibilities for a combination of operations functions that might include claims, customer service, membership, mail, document management, appeals, etc.How You Will Make An Impact• Establishes policies, practices and efficient/effective procedures• Develops specific work plans and implements to accomplish operational results• Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.Minimum Requirements• Requires BA/BS degree and a minimum of 3 years of claims, customer service or operations experience and a minimum of 1 year of leadership experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.Preferred Skills, Capabilities, And Experiences• Social Work experience preferred.• Community Health Work experience preferred.Please be advised that Elevance Health only accepts resumes for compensation from agencies that have a signed agreement with Elevance Health.
