Our client is an E-Commerce and SEO-focused agency dedicated to helping their clients optimize their online sales and achieve long-term growth. They provide innovative solutions tailored to each business, ensuring they maximize their online performance. As our client continue to expand, we’re looking for an Account Manager with strong SEO expertise who has the potential to grow into an Operations Manager role.

Role Overview

We are seeking an Account Manager with a deep understanding of SEO to manage client relationships, oversee account strategies, and ensure all SEO and e-commerce initiatives are executed effectively. This role is not only about managing client accounts but also about having a strategic mindset that can help scale our operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-driven, and eager to take on increased responsibilities to evolve into an Operations Manager position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring seamless communication, addressing concerns, and delivering excellent service.
  • Oversee SEO and e-commerce strategies for client accounts, ensuring their successful execution.
  • Analyze client performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for SEO and growth optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement SEO-driven e-commerce strategies tailored to each client’s goals.
  • Monitor SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry updates, ensuring our clients stay ahead of the curve.
  • Educate clients on SEO best practices and the impact of digital marketing on their business.
  • Manage multiple client accounts, prioritizing tasks effectively while maintaining high service standards.
  • Support process improvements and operational efficiencies that contribute to the agency’s overall growth.
  • Take on increasing responsibilities with the goal of transitioning into an Operations Manager role.
  • Strong SEO expertise with hands-on experience in implementing and managing SEO strategies.
  • Background in account management, customer success, or client-facing roles in a digital marketing, SEO, or e-commerce environment.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts and delivering data-driven recommendations.
  • Ability to explain complex SEO concepts to clients in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using SEO tools (Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and grow relationships.
  • Proactive problem solver who can anticipate challenges and present solutions.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to scale operations.
  • Eagerness to grow into an Operations Manager position, taking on additional leadership responsibilities.

  • Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
  • Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
  • Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.

Salary: $1500 - $2500 / month
