Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation and Management: Craft engaging content for our career website.
  • Market Research and Strategy: Stay ahead of industry trends and find opportunities to attract diverse talent to Lilly.
  • Data Analysis and Optimization: Analyze recruitment marketing data to refine our strategies and increase impact.
  • Vendor and Partner Management: Collaborate effectively with external partners to amplify our recruitment efforts.
  • Branding and Communication: Ensure consistency with Lilly's brand and messaging across all recruitment materials.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams like Communications, IT, and Diversity and inclusion to develop compliant and effective recruitment initiatives.
  • Training and Development: Share your expertise by creating and delivering training programs on effective recruitment marketing practices.
  • Project Management: Balance multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Diversity Champion: Promote diversity and inclusion in all aspects of our recruitment process.
  • Compliance: Follow written risk and compliance policies, standards, and procedures for business activities in a regulated environment.
  • Writing and Editing: Contribute to the creation and editing of recruitment marketing materials, including website copy and email campaigns.
  • Branding Development: Assist with developing and refining our employer brand across various platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, media, journalism, or a related field, and at least 1 year of relevant experience with website content management and/or recruitment marketing.
  • Or High School diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of direct experience with website content management and/or recruitment marketing.
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Lilly does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B or TN status) for this employment position.

Strong Preferences:

  • The ideal candidate for this role is meticulous and knowledgeable of accessibility needs.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of digital and social media platforms.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment.
