In this pivotal role, you will supervise our Child Development and School Age programs, ensuring that we adhere to North Carolina's licensure and accreditation standards while delivering exceptional services that reflect our agency’s mission. Your day-to-day will include overseeing program budgets, managing operations, developing and implementing staff trainings, and collaborating with various departments. You’ll also play a vital role in promoting our programs within the community, making a real impact on the lives of many children and their families. To thrive, you need a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood or a related field, along with at least five years of relevant experience.
