Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Managed Services Consultant

Due to continued growth and the need to expand Elire’s Managed Services/Solution Center Practice, Elire is currently looking for a Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM Sr/Managing Consultant to join our Managed Services Oracle Cloud team. We want to add management professionals to our Cloud Managed Services team who are motivated to learn or expand upon their knowledge of the Oracle Cloud workspace as well as the technology that supports it.

Daily responsibilities include:

Managing a team of resources that support our Cloud ERP and HCM clients
Be the client-facing representative of Elire for our Cloud Managed Services area
Managing the daily ticket queue within the Elire Help Desk and assisting with the triage and delegation of the tasks to the appropriate team members
Conducting weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly (as-needed) client meetings to make sure their needs are being met and their tickets are being resolved in a timely manner
Conducting team meetings to help manage their workload and remove any blockers
Assisting an Elire Partner to create the yearly Managed Services Cloud budget
Assisting the sales and marketing team with any new prospects or RFPs

The ideal candidate will be a Cross-Functional Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM Manager/Consultant with a strong emphasis on managing a team of Oracle Cloud consultants as well as strong business process consulting skills:

5 plus years of experience in upgrading and/or implementing Oracle EBS Financials/HCM, Workday Financials/HCM or Oracle ERP/HCM Cloud as a Functional Specialist/Consultant.
Experience should be across multiple functional areas such as General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Project Financial Management, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, or Accounts Receivables. Any relevant Cloud HCM experience is welcome too.
Extensive experience in managing a pool of resources, gathering business requirements; performing functional fit/gap analysis; presenting best practices; creating current & future process flow diagrams; performing risk analysis; recommending solutions, alternatives & workarounds
Creating functional specs for tech team; configuring, creating testing strategies, test scenarios, & test scripts; leading all phases of the implementation/upgrade life-cycle.
Needs to be an effective liaison between the client executive team, business analysts, and technical team. Works well with clients and other consultants.
Able to effectively to deliver and express ideas to clients through presentations both in-person and virtually.
