About the Role:
Extend is looking for a high-performing, results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to help build the CRM program for our end user from the ground up. In this role, you’ll help strategize, build, test-and-learn, and improve upon communications in the customer journey. This will include email (transactional and marketing), with potential to integrate other channels such as SMS, Push and In-app Messaging in future state. This position will have high impact in driving the customer experience and you will own end-to-end management from ideation to deployment of your programs.
