Role: Virtual Assistant (Remote)

Hours: 12:00am - 9:00am SAST Monday - Friday

Salary: $1500 - 1800 AUD per month 

Type: Independent Contractor

Scope of the Role:

Our client is seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant to provide exceptional customer service and operational support to our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in service industries, be comfortable working with booking platforms, and excel in handling customer and cleaner communication. You will act as the bridge between customers and cleaners, ensuring smooth operations and high satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full-time customer service coverage during business hours Monday-Friday including incoming phone calls.
  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
  • Coordinate between customers and cleaners, ensuring smooth booking and communication.
  • Manage bookings and service schedules using online booking platform.
  • Assist in administrative tasks as required, which may include scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and organizing files to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.
  • Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner, utilizing effective communication skills to nurture relationships and convert potential clients into satisfied customers.
  • Contribute to the team by assisting with social media management and creating engaging blog posts

  • 2+ years experience with virtual assistant and customer service roles
  • Remote work experience and willingness to work early morning SAST
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably within similar service-based businesses.
  • Familiarity with online booking systems and CRM platforms
  • Ability to act as an effective liaison between customers and service providers.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Patience and kindness, especially when working with cleaners and handling disputes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously.
