Emerging Client Partner

The Emerging Client Partner will work in a cross-functional role – with a team that spans Operations, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success – to develop and execute growth strategies to maximize value for our existing customers. The Emerging Client Partner will be managing multiple projects for customer delivery and will be directly responsible for the growth of expansion accounts. The role reports to the Expansion Hiring Manager.

What would you do, if hired?

  • Grow - Drive customer revenue and value through deepening our partnerships with them, leveraging tools such as marketing and product adoption, as well as new and innovative initiatives
  • Strategize – Work across the Sales and Ops org to devise and implement the overall strategy for growing our emerging client base.
  • Be the primary person of contact for your assigned accounts in all business and strategy aspects for Celigo internally and externally.
  • Work closely with the Celigo leadership team to determine success criteria, manage change, develop account plans, and review implementation and delivery.
  • In this role the Emerging Client Partner is also the CSM (Customer Success Manager) who will work with our Technical Support teams to ensure Celigo products are delivered on time, on scope and within budget.
  • Identify strategic accounts to attain pre-determined goals around account expansion.
  • Discover new revenue and product opportunities through a deep understanding of the client's business, processes, and needs.
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets by creating effective strategies that will expand the customer's use of Celigo.
  • Ability to multi-task - manage renewals and find upselling opportunities.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends

Who are we looking for?

  • Experience in account management and sales. This includes experience building and maintaining relationships with clients, managing a portfolio of accounts, and driving business growth.

Pay Scale Information :

Celigo reasonably expects to pay a base salary of $50,000 for this position. Actual starting base pay will be determined by skills, experience, geographic location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, benefits, or other perks as outlined in any formal employment offer made.
