Sr. Partner Solutions Consultant

We're looking for a Sr. Partner Solutions Consultant who will serve as the technical counterpart to our Alliance and Channel sales teams. The Solutions Consultant will help our partners with enablement, building a practice around Celigo, sales meetings, scope client requirements, and run product demonstrations. The Solutions Consulting team also provides product knowledge support to the Sales Team as part of pre-sales discussions for new and existing customers.

What would you do, if hired?

  • Conduct consultations with our Alliance and Channel Partners' clients to understand their business needs and requirements
  • Craft cloud integration solutions for multiple eCommerce systems, including but not limited to most ERPs, Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, eBay, and Amazon ecosystems
  • Contribute and develop sales enablement collateral and presentations for our products and solutions. This role provides critical support to our Partner network
  • Be the voice of the partner and customer internally helping shape our products; offer feedback to our Product engineering team on current trends and product enhancement planning
  • Determine the optimal way to position our solution in partners practice models
  • Architect repeatable solutions that can be productized

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related disciplines
  • 5+ years of combined industry experience in at least one of the following areas: enterprise software implementation, technical consulting, sales engineering/ solution consulting
  • Prior experience working in a Partner business model, either from the SaaS/PaaS company or as a Reseller, Affiliate, or Integration partner
  • Prior experience with 1 or more of the following ERP: NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft or Accumatica, Sage
  • Prior experience administering a multichannel online eCommerce environment to include but not limited to 3PL, Amazon, Shopify, Magento
  • Experience with complex workflow automations, integrations between cloud applications or between cloud and on-premise applications
  • Understanding of integration technologies such as SOAP, REST, EDI and Web Services
  • A technical background is preferred but not necessary. We're not looking for someone to code, but someone who understands technology well, and can speak credibly on it at a high-level
  • Prior experience or involvement in sales

Pay Scale Information :

Celigo reasonably expects to pay a base salary between $150,000 and $180,000 for this position. Actual starting base pay will be determined by skills, experience, geographic location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, benefits, or other perks as outlined in any formal employment offer made.
