Product Development Intern (full-time)

What you will do:

You drive the product development of sleep products (mattresses and textile accessories) from the ideation process to the approval of the final specifications.
You will develop the products to push the boundaries of what is possible for superior sleep.
You coordinate the product development in close collaboration with the internal stakeholders (Product Success, Procurement, etc.) and suppliers all over the world.
You define the product specifications (incl. target costing) and co-innovate together with partners from all around the world the products of the future through different iterations.
You monitor and report on all aspects of the projects including progress, project profitability, and risks.
You apply a customer-centric and agile approach in your projects.You make sure to meet the deadline while keeping the costs on track.
