Emory Valley Center seeks a passionate and motivated Junior Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team!

We are seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our Human Resources team as a Junior Recruiter. This entry-level role will provide you with hands-on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle, where you will source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various positions across the company.

Responsibilities:

· Build and post job ads

· Actively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels using innovative strategies

· Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications

· Schedule and perform interviews, as well as scheduling for hiring managers

· Maintain accurate candidate information within our ATS

· Build relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs

· Build a talent pipeline

· Participate in recruitment events

· Administer the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR support (internships included). Applicable experience and an Associate’s Degree may be accepted in place of a Bachelor’s degree.
