Your future starts now.The Bilingual Associate Financial Advisor - Advisory Services is a broad, licensed advisory role, responsible for servicing individual Advisory Services clients. In this role you will be responsible for enrollment and retention of our plan participants in Advisory Services.Day to day, you will be taking incoming calls from our Advisory Services customers. You will cover a wide variety of financial planning topics, as needed, addressing the customers’ needs, and helping them understand Empower’s financial planning tools available to them.As part of a team servicing a very large, shared book of business (1M+ customers), this is a terrific opportunity to learn and hone your advising skills, while providing holistic and comprehensive advice to our customers.What You Will Do• Educate and advise plan participants on the Advisory Services available through their plan to assist the participant in reaching their retirement goals• Identify, execute, and follow-up on opportunities to contract additional client assets while providing client retirement planning discussions• Identify trends and determine proactive solutions to maximize service quality and increase assets under management• Adhere to compliance/risk procedures and exhibit detailed attention to policy and procedures by focusing on the participant’s best interest• Document information from conversations with clients pertinent to business and relationship development to be referenced for follow-up calls• Explain and justify past returns in comparison to the economic environment, while acknowledge goal of managed account servicesWhat you will bring• 2+ years financial industry experience• Fluent proficiency in Spanish and English• FINRA Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65 registrations required• CRPC within corporate established timelines• FINRA fingerprinting required upon hire• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in teams• Self starter, with demonstrated success in problem solving• Experience working in a metrics/activity driven teamWhat will set you apart• Bachelor’s degree• Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) designation preferred• Salesforce experience• Experience with Investment Advising preferred• Experience in a high-volume, call center environment preferred• Goal and results oriented with high level of accountability to produce positive results that directly correlate to retention and increasing assets under management and participant growth for managed accounts• **Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time, including CPT/OPT.***What we offer youWe offer an array of diverse and inclusive benefits regardless of where you are in your career. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance.
