Empower Yourself.As Marketing Data Operations Director, you will lead a team responsible for managing and maintaining the health and lifecycle of multiple data sources and databases. You'll oversee the creation, development, deployment, and maintenance of data and data governance standards, as it pertains to business data being used for marketing campaigns and journeys. You will partner with systems, platform architecture, data warehouse, and business teams to create automated performance monitoring and reporting. With a thorough knowledge and understanding of relational databases, data structures paired with the ability to cleanse, analyze, and connect data from multiple sources, you will be ensuring data quality, integrity, and accuracy for marketing-related data.What You Will Do• Own the development of data feeds between databases and applications and map data across existing and new data sources• Lead a small team in the US, with dotted line oversight of overseas resources. Advise direct reports in advanced methods related to scalable data management processes to ensure data quality and accuracy• Analyze data structure and format to determine how best to transform data to meet required needs• Develop logic to transform data elements into the required structure and format for marketing use• Test, deploy and maintain data integrations, ETL processes, and analytics solutions• Provide proactive analytics and actionable insights, working closely with marketing automation developers and testers, data science and business teams, to enable informed decision-making for operational optimizations• Synthesize and communicate new or updated procedures or changes and other complex information into concise, readable, unambiguous language• Manage the investigation and resolution of potential data issues existing within business intelligence tools• Proactively identify, propose and generate targeted solutions for data quality issues and operational inefficiencies; must collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise solutions and training plans• Track the progress and resolution of data issues, elevating any critical issues to upper managementWhat You Will Bring• Bachelor’s degree quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or related field• 10+ years of experience with ETL, data management, and Data QA as it pertains to marketing automation architecture• Experience with data and automation tools, such as SQL, SAS, Tableau, Salesforce Marketing Cloud• strong communication and project management skills• Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to translate ambiguous business requirements into complex analyses and actionable insights• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, task and project management, and organizational skillsWhat Will Set You Apart• Expertise in a variety of marketing operations platforms, tools, processes, and operation methodologies• Experience with complex data structures, defining processes and the technologies to support the projects• Expertly balance multiple high-profile, complex initiatives with competing priorities and deadlines• Extreme dedication to detail, accuracy, integrity• **Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time, including CPT/OPT.***What We Offer YouWe offer an array of diverse and inclusive benefits regardless of where you are in your career. BRGs play a vital role in educating and engaging our people and advancing our business priorities.Base Salary Range$121,900.00 - $172,225.00The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance.
