Behavioral Health Provider (Psychologist, Master Level Licensed Counselor, or Masters Level Licensed Therapist). Licensed in California, Minnesota, and/or PsyPact in good standing, and open to licensure in other states based on practice growth. Bilingual Spanish speaker, prior experience in telehealth, and weight management highly valued. 

We are seeking an empathic, engaged, innovative, and collaborative behavioral health provider who is passionate about using evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness to address the many psychological and behavioral health factors that impact obesity. 


In this role, you will see patients via telehealth, primarily co-leading group psychotherapy and didactic health promotion classes on a wide range of topics that can impact weight and a healthful weight loss process.  There is also the opportunity for individual therapeutic work in the future. You will have access to Enara’s Behavioral Health curriculum to support your work. You will join a dynamic multidisciplinary team including Medical Providers, Nutrition Specialists, and Exercise Specialists to provide best-in-class care to Enara members - communicating with them both synchronously and asynchronously. 


Job Overview
  • Part-time as a clinical contractor, 5 hrs per week with opportunity to increase with need)
  • Telehealth - synchronous and asynchronous patient careCollaborate with multidisciplinary clinical team to produce exceptional patient outcomes - medical providers, nutrition specialists, exercise specialists, and fellow behavioral health providers
  • Create lasting and impactful relationships with your patients
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical team to produce exceptional patient outcomes - medical providers, nutrition specialists, exercise specialists, and fellow behavioral health providers
  • Foster interactions with Enara members.
  • Practice autonomously with administrative support
  • Practice with experienced Obesity Medicine specialists at Enara
  • Be on the cutting edge of weight management care as part of an established and entrepreneurial private practice specializing in evidence-based, technology leveraged obesity and lifestyle medicine 


Qualifications
  • Current Behavioral Health Provider License in California, Minnesota,and/or PsyPact (Psychologist, Master Level Licensed Counselor, or Masters Level Licensed Therapist)
  • Bilingual with fluency in Spanish preferred
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to work with a wide variety of presenting concerns that can impact physiological and psychological well-being
  • Implement evidence-based Behavioral Health strategies
  • Experience with telemedicine and remote care is a plus
  • Availability to work at least one evening per week
  • Ability to navigate multiple platforms that assist in providing remote care
  • Expectation of timely and thorough clinical documentation and patient communication
  • Positive attitude, encouraging personality, passionate about achieving great patient outcomes
  • Team player


$35 - $45 an hour
In a contractor role: compensation based on number of clinical hours worked per week
