Job Description

Internal Tech teams manage and support our internal IT infrastructure, systems, and tools, ensuring operational efficiency, security, and continuous improvement, enabling employees to work effectively and securely with up-to-date technology resources. They bridge the gap between the company's overall IT strategy and the execution of that strategy to ensure the company selects and executes the right projects and programs. 

As an Oracle Senior Business Platforms Developer (Oracle HCM) you will configure and enhance Oracle HCM modules during M&A processes, ensuring alignment with business requirements and managing production deployments. Provide 3rd level support, resolve technical issues, and develop technical proofs of concept based on gathered requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementing new features for existing Oracle HCM module
  • Implement HCM setup and configurations as part of the M&A process 
  • Configure solutions and manage production deployments 
  • Troubleshooting and fixing issues on existing modules
  • Offer 3rd Level support and guidance to the users
  • Tailor system's functionalities to business requirements
  • Participate in business related workshops to gather requirements and build technical POC

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience 
  • Proven experience on implementation, administration and/or extension of the following Oracle modules: Time and Labor, Absence Management, Core HR, Compensation and Workforce Compensation
  • Knowledge in using and configuring fast formulas
  • Knowledge on using HDL and HSDL for data import.
  • Knowledge on using HCM Extracts is desired (not mandatory).
  • Knowledge on using REST APIs is desired
  • Knowledge on building and troubleshooting Oracle fast formulas
  • Basic SQL knowledge is desired
  • Knowledge on troubleshooting and configuring approval flows for the mentioned modules
  • Knowledge on other modules than the one mentioned above is a plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business in English
