Position Overview:

Reporting into the Head of Finance and Accounting, the Financial Analyst will be responsible for the Company’s forecast, supporting the annual budget, monthly forecasts (including all cash management functions), analysis, and reporting. Your work will support decision-making processes that drive the company's growth and success.


Finance Responsibilities:
  • Maintain financial models for the annual budget, rolling 12-month forecast, and revenue plan.
  • Perform in-depth trend analysis in revenues, costs, pricing, and profitability and collaborate   with operational leaders to identify actionable plans to achieve optimal financial position.
  • Maintain and reconcile customer project pipeline and backlog schedules (waterfalls for revenue forecasts).
  • Prepare weekly revenue forecasts and KPI reports.
  • Perform monthly analyses and forecasts of the cost of sales, operating expense, headcount, and capital expenditures.
  • Provide thoughtful and insightful monthly variance analysis for the management team.
  • Prepare monthly business review packages, board presentations, and other ad-hoc reports.
  • Build strong relationships across functions and maintain open communication to develop a deep knowledge of the business.


Treasury Responsibilities:
  • Prepare daily cash positions, manage daily cash flow and banking activities, and support funding global entities to ensure sufficient liquidity.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, and Executive Teams to ensure 13-week cash forecasts are accurate and funds are available as needed.
  • Support finance leaders with proactive weekly dashboards, including cash positioning, reconciliation, monitoring of cash pool activity and balances, and payment execution. 
  • Manage bank accounts, including opening, closing, maintenance, and recording.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned and required.


Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or similar fields required.
  • MBA preferred.


Experience:
  • 2+ years of progressive experience in Finance or similar role required.
  • Expertise in building and maintaining financial models for forecasting and budgeting.


Skills:
  • Advanced Excel skills, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
  • Familiarity with financial software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems like NetSuite.
  • Ability to interpret complex financial data and perform analysis.
  • Results oriented with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to convey complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner. 
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint features to enhance presentations.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships across the organization.


$83,000 - $125,000 a year

Benefits:

All job offers will be based on a candidate’s location, skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data. Regular, full-time or part-time employees working 30 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(K), Paid time off (PTO) or Flexible time off (FTO), and Company bonus where applicable.
