Responsibilities
Own and lead the renewals contracting process for customer subscriptions
Preserve and expand customer subscriptions while building lasting relationships
Research customer subscription history, gather requirements, and identify up-sell opportunities
Prepare and present renewal quotes in advance of expiration
Conduct renewal calls, negotiate rates, and make necessary contract adjustments
Collaborate with internal teams for quoting requests and customer support
Respond to customer contractual questions and objections
