Your Mission As Inside Sales Director Your mission as Inside Sales Director is to lead a team of Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to expand our impact through new customer acquisition. You will lead and coach team members to achieve individual, team and company objectives. This occurs in regular 1:
1 coaching, role plays, joint calls, team sessions, listening to calls and providing real-time feedback. Your team will consist of tenured and newer AEs and SDRs, so you will be responsible for ramping new hires and leveraging the institutional knowledge of your team. Your perspective and experience in a SaaS environment will inform our go-to-market strategy in partnership with our revenue leadership team. Over time, you will have the opportunity to contribute in cross-functional initiatives with broader impact beyond the revenue organization. Accountability & Impact:
Mentor and develop your AEs and SDRs to high performance Adopt and evolve our sales... process Ensure smooth client hand off experience Drive career development and performance management discussions Solicit and listen to feedback from the team, and synthesize that feedback to make sound decisions Manage weekly sales forecast Properly manage and maintain sales reports Facilitate regular 1:
1 sessions with each team member, and team meetings Handle escalations around specific client issues as they arise Cultivate and implement new ideas, approaches, and innovations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the team Continually seek to develop personally and professionally to enhance value to the Company Work closely with revenue leadership to ensure quality and consistent approach What You Bring To The Role Demonstrated track record of success as an inside sales manager in a B2B SaaS and high-velocity sales environment Excellent mentoring, coaching and people development skills Hunger for professional and personal growth through formal coaching and informal experience-based learning Comfortable with ambiguity and the pace of a high-growth, entrepreneurial culture Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization Proven ability to drive sales process Strong business sense and industry expertise Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce CRM platform. Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
