Job Title: Energy Efficiency Project Specialist

Location: New Brunswick, NJ

Position Type: Long Term Contract

Basic Qualifications

· Ability to understand and follow procedures.

· Ability to quickly assess information and take appropriate actions to maintain process flow

· Strong data entry skills; Strong communication

· Comfort with fast changing work priorities and multitasking.

· Business acumen to include a working knowledge and understanding of invoice documents, equipment specifications and operational functions required to provide sound program support.

· Aptitude for Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics. Ability to work with Excel workbooks and to create and upload documents and files.

· Requires attention to detail and analytical skills.

· Energy Efficiency program experience.

· Professional presence with desire to improve processes and exceed program savings goals.

· Will travel locally (New Brunswick, NJ) and must have reliable transportation.

· Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

· Responsible for maintenance and fees of the transportation vehicle.

DESIRED SKILLS

· Advanced Word skills; Understands and has strong Excel skills.

· Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining customer, client, and partner relationships with a high level of satisfaction.

· Professional presence with desire to improve processes and exceed program savings goals.

· Can present program details to audiences for recruitment and participation requirements.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION (Desirable)

· Associates degree from an accredited college in a related discipline experience is desirable.

· Three plus years of experience supporting customer programs is desirable.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
