The Center for Public Management with the University of Oklahoma is hiring Energy Program Assistants. These agents will be required to assist low-income and vulnerable clients with their LIHEAP Applications.
Duties Include but are not limited to:
Answering calls via inbound queue from clients wishing to apply for energy assistance and answering clients’ inquiries regarding the program or their application.
Processing and completing clients’ applications and making outbound calls to finalize out applications as needed.
Providing education and technical assistance for state agency customers regarding program and case details and associated follow-up requirements.
Maintaining case management systems by documenting any required follow-up and contact outcomes.
Navigating case management and database systems ensuring client confidentiality is maintained.
Required Education: GED/High School Grad OR an equivalent combination of education/job related experience AND:
6-12 months experience in customer service, education, technical assistance, social services and/or general office duties
You will have your own private cubicle workspace and have the potential to transition to a work from home.
The hours are Monday through Friday, with various shifts starting from 7 am to 7 pm, with full-time and part-time shifts available.
This position is in Noble, Oklahoma.
