RESPONSIBILITIES
Build trusted partner relationships with senior client stakeholders
Be a thought-leader, evangelize and drive collaborative, value-centered approaches to defining and solving problems
Align with Business teams and Senior Leadership to co-develop / support account plans and strategies for delivery, growth, and client satisfaction
Drive revenue within the client / account portfolio by identifying opportunities, solutioning, launching, and orchestrating wide range of data & analytics engagements
Serve as principal consultant leading complex transformational initiatives
Own and actively contribute to the strategic deliverables, such as vision & mission statements, assessment results, solution visions, strategies, plans & roadmaps
Support pre-sales activities by assessing digital opportunities, responding to RFP’s, creating proposals and presentations, and helping to close / sign new deals
Your performance scorecard will include

REQUIREMENTS
Experience in IT or management consulting
Proven track record of launching and managing complex technology initiatives or large-scale programs (50+ people) working with senior business and IT stakeholders
Demonstrated success in developing and growing client relationships
Strong problem solver and creative thinker with gravitas
Ability to operate at the strategic level, yet being close enough to the details to add value to clients and be a real support to your team
Experience in end-to-end data and analytics project delivery (BigData, Cloud DWH, Advanced Analytics / MLOps, etc.)
Awareness of cloud and data technologies and trends with practical experience with one or more major data and analytics technologies
Ability to manage customer expectations, present and explain solutions and project deliverables to senior stakeholders
Ability to lead teams while tackling high level of uncertainty, big number of stakeholders, and tight timelines
Ability to facilitate and drive strategy definition
Ability to challenge and influence data solution design and technology selection for enterprise data platforms, warehouses, data lakes, and data science platforms
Desire to learn & expand your comfort zone
Entrepreneurial spirit
Expertise/or prior background in media companies
Experience in media data analytics
NICE TO HAVE
Experience building data and analytics organizations (center of excellence, data engineering pools, data science teams)
Experience running on-site customer workshops
Experience in pre-sales activities

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $133k - $210k.
