What You Can Expect• As a key member of our Facility Management team, you will play a vital role in supporting the North American Head of Real Estate in overseeing ENGIE North America's properties. While primarily based at our Chicago facility, you'll have the exciting opportunity to contribute to the management of other locations within our portfolio.• In this role, you'll be involved in a variety of tasks, including space configuration, personnel placement, small construction projects, and the preventative maintenance of equipment. You'll also oversee company mail, shipping, security, and supplies, ensuring smooth operations across our locations. This position is based in Chicago, IL, and reports directly to the Head of Real Estate, General Services.• Reception and Guest Services: Answer phones and greet guests• Assist with onboarding new employees in the Chicago office• Facility and Vendor Management: Address facility issues and coordinate with vendors, Manage office services, maintenance programs, and service agreements, Maintain relationships with customers, subcontractors, and vendors. Oversee the 3rd floor office setup and redesign• Help new hires in Chicago book Concur for the first time• Send out FedEx and USPS for teams, assists with monthly invoice reconciliation• Manage keycards for visitors and remote employees, Assist with fleet management as needed• Inventory and Budget Management: Budget and manage inventory of furniture, supplies, and groceries, Maintain stock levels and track orders, Submit purchase requests and distribute supplies• Office and Event Coordination: Organize events, trainings, and meetings, plan employee engagement activitiesWhat You’ll Bring• You hold an Associate degree in Administration or closely related field; in Lieu of the educational requirement, we will accept a minimum of three (3) years facility and office coordinator experience• You have previous experience with Office Safety requirements• You have experience assisting a team with issuing POs, vendor setup, office construction projects, and ensuring timely payments• You are skilled in coordinating office activities such as printing documents for executive signatures, sending team member gifts, and organizing Health and Safety management, including fire wardens and safety drills• You are proficient in maintaining departmental files, complying with and co-chairing the Philanthropy Committee• You have supported new hires in navigating Concur for booking travel and managing other administrative tasksAdditional Details• This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy consisting of five (5) days in office.• Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policiesCompensationSalary Range: $96,100 – $141,240 annuallyThis represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws.
