This position will be responsible for design, installation, testing and maintaining automation/control systems as well as all HMI/SCADA systems throughout CNX Gas and CNX Midstream operations. Candidate will be responsible with assisting in the collecting of measurement data and finalizing end of the month reports. Must safely and efficiently organize projects and supervise contract employees making sure that materials are available, and work is completed in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner. Candidate will be responsible for coordinating efforts between the company and the various other companies we do business with.
Target Responsibilities:
- Planning, implementing, managing, monitoring and upgrading security measures for the protection of the organization's data, systems and networks.
- Troubleshooting security and network problems.
- Responsible for the design, installation and startup of HMI systems (Wonderware, Vijeo, Crimson 3.1)
- Ensuring that the organization's data and infrastructure are protected by enabling the appropriate security controls.
- Develop and implement security measures consistent with our industry using the NIST Framework as a model.
- Will assist in the design, installation, and maintenance of automation systems in compressor stations.
- OT network endpoint machine patching.
- Daily administrative tasks, reporting and communication with the relevant departments in the organization.
- Develop, implement, maintain and oversee enforcement of policies, procedures and associated plans for system security administration and user system access based on industry-standard best practices.
- Monitor all in-place security solutions for efficient and appropriate operations either directly or by ensuring other teams follow a documented process.
- Use available tools to actively lead investigations into problematic activity.

Minimum Requirements:
- HS diploma or equivalent. Preferred degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
- Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.
- Great awareness of cybersecurity trends and hacking techniques.
- Must be proficient in programming and troubleshooting PLCs (Control/Compactlogix, SCADAPak, Unity).
- Strong understanding of IP, TCP/IP, Modbus, Ethernet IP and other network administration protocols.
- Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
- Highly self-motivated and directed.
- Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment.
- Ability to conduct research into OT security issues and products as required.
- Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
- Periodic on-call availability after normal business hours.
