Job Title: Engineering Intern

Classification: Non-Exempt

Department: Engineering

Location: Bedford, MA

Reports to: David Cenedella, Engineering Manager

Essential Functions:

• Collaborate with the engineering team to understand our manufacturing process and the unique aspects of our LTO Manufacturing.
• Work on enhancing our visual manufacturing capabilities, leveraging the latest technology and innovative practices.
• Propose and design improvements to our printing process validation, working towards optimizing accuracy and efficiency.
• Participate in various stages of manufacturing, from planning and design to execution
• Assist in the development of documentation, such as process maps and standard operating procedures.
• Conduct data analysis to support the evaluation of system improvements and process enhancements.
• Contribute to project meetings and brainstorming sessions, offering a fresh perspective and innovative ideas.
  

???????Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university program, pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Demonstrated understanding of engineering principles and their practical application.
• Familiarity with CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.
• Strong analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
