About the RoleAs the design leader in the Product team, you will own the user experience & design aesthetic of Pangea's web and mobile applications, which allow our customers to send money securely and efficiently to their loved ones abroad. You will help us define and deliver clean, intuitive, and appealing UX experiences to our users as we continue to evolve our product offering. Successful candidates will deeply understand the customer journey, own the overall design system and bring designs to fruition working closely with product managers and engineers.As Senior Product Designer, you'll get to:Own the look & feel of the Pangea app & design frictionless and intuitive customer-focused experiencesDefine the UX for new initiatives including elements of visual design so that customers have a consistent & cohesive experience across initiatives and platformsDeliver wireframes, site maps, user & process flows, prototypes and design assets to the product & engineering teams for efficient executionBuild & evolve the Pangea style guide making it easier to deliver software across our desktop and mobile applications.Optimize funnels and user flows, directly impacting customer retention and activationImplement best practices for improving our design workflows and design documents; scaling design standards as we growThe ideal candidate will have:5+ years of product design experience leading UX for mobile consumer applications demonstrating excellent interaction and visual design skillsExperience providing comprehensive UX documentation that takes the ambiguity out of the design experience for product managers and developersAbility to deliver on short-term needs that fit into the long-term vision, including creating sketches and user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished, production-ready user interface and visual designs.Rigorous educational and professional training on UX design practices, ready to independently institute new processes at Pangea vs. requiring external mentorship or guidanceYou're a self-starter with excellent time management skills and passion for working in a fast-paced, results-driven environmentBonus points if you have:Fluency in SpanishFamiliarity with data tracking tools like Mixpanel or Google Analytics#BI-Hybrid #LI-HybridBenefits & Perks:Hybrid roles entail working in-office from Tuesday to Thursday, with the choice to work remotely on Mondays and FridaysHealth, dental, and vision insurance including mental health benefits401(k) matching plus a roth option (U.S. Based employees only)PTO & paid holidays offSabbatical program (for eligible roles)Summer hours (for eligible roles)Paid parental leaveDEI groups (B.L.A.C.K. @ Enova, HOLA @ Enova, Women @ Enova, Pride @ Enova, South Asians @ Enova, APEX @ Enova, and Parents @ Enova)Employee recognition and rewards programCharitable matching and a paid volunteer day...Plus so much more!About EnovaEnova International is a leading financial technology company that provides online financial services through our AI and machine learning-powered Colossus™platform.
