Über unseren seit 2022 bestehenden Bereich Enpal Dragon haben wir nun auch eine nachhaltige Heizlösung in unserem Ökosystem ergänzt - die Wärmepumpe als Alternative zu fossilen Brennstoffen. Durch den Verkauf von Wärmepumpen, wenn gewünscht auch als Komplettpaket mit einer Photovoltaikanlage, ist Enpal Dragon nun entscheidender Motor sowohl für das rasante Wachstum von Enpal als auch für die Bekämpfung der größten Herausforderung unserer Generation – des Klimawandels. 

Unser hochambitioniertes Team rund um Serienunternehmer Mario Kohle wird unterstützt von erfahrenen Investoren wie Alexander Samwer (Picus Capital) und Lukasz Gadowski (Team Europe, Delivery Hero). Darüber hinaus konnten wir Princeville Climate Technology (beraten und finanziert u.a. durch Leonardo DiCaprio) und Peter Rive (SolarCity) on board holen. Stellenbeschreibung

  • Strategische Planung und Umsetzung: Entwicklung und Implementierung umfassender Go-to-Market-Strategien, die sich auf die Zielgruppenanalyse, Wettbewerbsbeobachtung und Marktchancen stützen. 

  • Produktmanagement: Zusammenarbeit mit den Produktentwicklungsteams zur Sicherstellung eines marktgerechten Produktportfolios und einer erfolgreichen Produktpositionierung. 

  • Markteinführungen leiten: Koordination funktionsübergreifender Teams, um reibungslose Produkteinführungen zu gewährleisten, einschließlich Marketing, Vertrieb und Kundenbetreuung. 

  • Analyse und Optimierung: Kontinuierliches Monitoring von Performance-KPIs, Identifikation von Erfolgsfaktoren und Implementierung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen. 

Qualifikationen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium in einem wirtschafts- oder naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich, vorzugsweise von einer renommierten Top-Universität. 

  • Erste relevante Berufserfahrung, idealerweise durch Praktika in den Bereichen Investment Banking, Strategie-Beratung, Hypergrowth-Startups oder ähnlichem. 

  • Du hast ein natürliches Gespür für komplexe und technische Zusammenhänge und kannst Projekte eigenständig vorantreiben.   

  • Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift.
