- Enrollment Representative, MercyCare Insurance, Days, 80 Hrs / wks

Location: MercyCare Building, Janesville, WI
This position assists in the accurate processing of day-to-day enrollment transactions in a variety of MercyCare products. Handles returned mail, processes various member notifications. Maintains member and group filing. Other duties may be assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the accurate processing of all Medicaid/BadgerCare day-to-day enrollment transactions.

Responsible for Mercy Physician Association (MPA) group maintenance, enrollment file processing and other day-to-day processing and maintenance.

Handles MercyCare returned mail.

Serves as the primary back up for group membership processing.

Processes certificate of creditable coverage (COCC) letters.

Maintains all enrollment and group filing.

Processes the eligibility of dependent student and handicap status.

Responsible for Conversion applications and mailing.

Verifies birthday, address, gender and other inquiries regarding enrollment data.

Position requires frequent communication with Medicaid/BadgerCare enrollees. Limited employer group and agent contacts.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
A minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in general data processing.
