Job Purpose:

  • For new compressor orders, Hitachi Japan expect to cultivate customers, build a good relationship with the customer, and obtain project / regional / market-related information as well as supporting bid as a sales representative in India

  • For after-sales service, Hitachi Japan expect to cultivate and maintain good relationship with customers and expand Hitachi India's sales

Job Responsibilities:

  • Negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction

  • Prepare quotations and reply email in a timely fashion & manner / understand customer's needs & requirements

  • Maintain good rapport with existing clients and understand their requirements

  • Conduct market analysis, coordinate commercial and technical discussion between customers with the engineering team, gather customers’ feedback for products and solutions improvement and recommend appropriate solutions to the customers

  • Achieving department's Order & sales target

  • Be the bridge between the engineering/sales team in Japan and the customer so as to always provide the best solution to fulfil customer’s needs and requirements.

Qualification: Diploma/ Degree

Experience: 3-7 years or more

Preferred Industrial Experience: Oil and gas industry (preferably compressor business).

Other Knowledge, Skills & Ability:

  • Fast learner & passion for sales

  • Proficiency in English

  • Self motivated

  • Good communication skills

  • Willing to travel to meet customers all over India and colleagues in Mumbai

  • Results & achievement oriented.
