Solutions Engineer (APAC and EMEA)

We're seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer with 3+ years of customer-facing experience and 1+ years in AdTech to drive technical implementations and resolve complex challenges. This role bridges technical expertise with customer success, requiring strong front-end and back-end knowledge to troubleshoot issues and lead system integrations.

You'll collaborate across Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams while providing expert guidance to customers. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with proven problem-solving abilities to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

  • Experience with AdTech platforms and core advertising concepts (DSPs, SSPs, ad servers)
  • Strong proficiency in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Working knowledge of APIs, JSON, XML, and RESTful services
  • Understanding of debugging tools (Chrome DevTools, Postman, Charles Proxy)
  • Experience with tag management systems and analytics platforms
  • Familiarity with ad verification tools and tracking implementations
  • Understanding of programmatic advertising workflows
  • Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools
  • Basic SQL and database concepts
  • Version control systems (Git)
  • Experience with browser developer tools and network debugging
  • Understanding of web cookies, pixels, and tracking mechanisms

    Responsabilities
  • Document technical challenges and performance insights for stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline resolution processes and enhance system reliability
  • Deliver clear technical explanations while managing multiple priorities based on business needs
  • Guide client implementations and integrations from technical discovery to launch
  • Provide technical consultation during sales processes and client onboarding
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for internal and client use
  • Lead technical training sessions for clients and internal teams
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential improvements
  • Support product development by providing client-focused technical feedback
  • Monitor AdTech system performance and proactively identify improvements
  • Execute complex troubleshooting activities across platform integrations, APIs, and data flows
  • Diagnose and resolve real-time technical issues, maintaining clear client communication throughout
