Project Manager

Ensign Services is looking for a Project Manager to join our Project Management and Documentation (PM DOC) Team. As a part of the team, you will manage projects across IT sub-departments, with a focus on business process automation. Your primary responsibility will be to work with stakeholders and project team members to drive projects and achieve results. This includes building relationships, learning business practices, tracking and communicating project progress and roadblocks, measuring project success, and concluding projects. This position will work with members of the PM DOC team to continually improve project processes and documentation. Responsibilities: • Use knowledge and experience of project life cycles to drive successful projects• Create, maintain, and communicate project documentation• Regularly communicate high-level project goals and status to stakeholders and ensure task clarity for project team members.• Facilitate the capture of requirements and success criteria. Use these tools to evaluate project progress and success.• Collaborate with the PM DOC team on continual personal and team growth and maximum effectiveness.
