Company Description

Ensiti is looking for a Product Manager for a leading consumer goods company in downtown Montreal. The Product Manager will be responsible to oversee the development and growth of the Textiles Bedroom Products line. This role blends product sourcing, cost management, and strategic planning to support the brand’s seasonal product launches. The Product Manager will conduct trend research, engage with suppliers, and coordinate key stages of product development.

    Job Description

     

    • Identify and partner with reliable vendors, with a focus on China, to meet product quality, pricing, and sourcing needs for bedroom textiles. Build strong supplier relationships and stay up-to-date on sourcing trends relevant to retail.

    • Track global trends in textiles and sustainable materials, using this information to explore new sourcing opportunities and product ideas.

    • Collaborate with design, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment on materials, timelines, and specifications. Coordinate with logistics to optimize lead times and manage delivery schedules.

    • Work with marketing and product teams to facilitate the launch of new products, coordinating efforts to ensure streamlined go-to-market plans.

    • Proactively manage supply chain risks, identifying backup suppliers to ensure a continuous flow of materials and minimize disruptions.

    • Prepare client-facing presentations and pricing strategies for key accounts. Support the sales team in planning and follow-up, serving as the product expert during meetings when necessary

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Business, or any other related field)
    • Minimum 3+ years of experience
    • Experience in consumer goods, especially in sourcing and product management.
    • Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and analyze market trends for product development.
