Job Description

As an Affiliate Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving the digital performance of the affiliate marketing channel for the affiliate team. You’ll do this by planning, executing, and reporting on performance campaigns as well as working alongside marketing, conversion and creative teams to ensure performance efficiency and growth against monthly targets.

Reporting to the Affiliate Manager, you will be part of the team working on our renowned consumer brands like Ladbrokes, Coral, Gala, Foxy, bwin and Party across Europe and Canada.

What you will do 

  • Responsible for planning, coordinating, analysing, and optimizing partner performance, including impact on KPIs. E.g. FTDs, CPDs, pNGR, Conversions Rates etc.  
  • Accountable for executing the strategy for the team’s affiliates accounts set by the Affiliate Manager.  
  • Responsible for delivering the affiliate marketing strategy including: affiliates’ bidding and cost management, forecasting and planning of future volume and profitability;
  • Accountable for the day-to-day performance of Affiliates. 
  • Work closely with other Affiliate Account Managers to complete thorough assessment of future possible model(s) for affiliate management – including implementing an affiliate programme as well as recommending criteria to select between revenue share and CPA Affiliate partners. 
  • Manage the activity of the team’s affiliates to ensure compliance with regulations/policies. 

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with Affiliates (ideally 1 or 2 years minimum)
  • Significant hands-on and strategic online sports and gaming experience
  • Technical experience working with affiliate platforms (e.g. Mexos, Income Access)  
  • Strong analytic and qualitative skills with the ability to analyse and use data efficiently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to engage and collaborate within a large organisation
  • High-level proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
