We are seeking a results-driven and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing team in the fast-paced Gaming industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with proven experience in developing and executing strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and revenue. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all local digital marketing efforts, optimizing online presence, and ensuring our brand stands out in the competitive iGaming market.

Reports to: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

What you'll do

1. Digital Marketing Strategy Development:
   • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention within the iGaming sector.
   • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing success, regularly measuring and reporting on these metrics.
2. Campaign Management:
   • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
   • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
3. Content and Social Media Management:
   • Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality, engaging content across digital platforms, including blogs, social media, email newsletters.
   • Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and cohesive messaging.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
   • Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing initiatives.
   • Prepare and present regular reports on digital marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
5. Collaboration and Coordination:
   • Work closely with the design and brand marketing teams to ensure digital marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
   • Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to enhance digital marketing capabilities.
6. Budget Management:
   • Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
   • Track and report on budget expenditures, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
7. Stay Current with Trends:
   • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices within the iGaming industry.
   • Continuously explore new digital marketing opportunities to keep the brand at the forefront of innovation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.    
• Experience in digital marketing, preferably within the iGaming or entertainment industry.    
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.    
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics.    
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive decisions.    
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.    
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and gaming.    
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools).
