Job Description

As a Production Coordinators you will be working within our in-house creative department, liaising with Production, in-house Creatives and stakeholders, to support creative teams to produce 360 campaigns.

We are an in-house creative agency responsible for bringing all communications and marketing briefs to life, through creating and producing innovative content that increases business performance across Entain brands. We deliver campaigns spanning multiple media touch points, including CRM, performance marketing, TV and social.

What you will do

  • Manage integrated projects from brief to post-live support, creating and overseeing detailed project plans.
  • Work on Tier 2, 3, and 4 campaigns, supporting Tier 1 as needed.
  • Build production schedules, assign tasks, and gather feedback from stakeholders to refine campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Delivery and Automation team to ensure timely delivery and meet live dates.
  • Track hours worked per campaign and support Producers on major campaigns and shoots.
  • Ensure all production practices comply with industry regulations and health and safety standards.
  • Maintain team documents, including resource, project status, and budget trackers.
  • Book internal resources and gather technical specifications to plan all deliveries.
  • Manage production tasks across multiple campaigns, ensuring key milestones are met.

 

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Production Coordinator or Project manager working autonomously on creative projects gained in either Advertising Agency, Production Company background or In -house.
  • Have post production experience working across marketing and design briefs.
  • Expert knowledge of post-production processes and workflows, static and motion design workflow, post -production, short form video content.
  • Excellent communication and proactivity when managing information, taking feedback and communicating with various teams.
  • A track record in managing timelines and meeting agreed creative delivery requirements.
