Position Summary
A Sales (Business) Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities to support revenue growth. They focus on outbound prospecting, engaging prospects through phone calls, emails, community events, and social media to identify organizations that fit our ideal customer profile (target market). SDRs nurture relationships, set up meetings for the outside sales team, and ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads. They play a critical role in filling the sales pipeline by leveraging market research, outreach strategies, and a deep understanding of our services to connect with decision-makers.
