Enterprise Business Systems Lead

Pabst Brewing Company, LLC has an opening for the position of Enterprise Business Systems Lead (Ref# EBSL39SC).

Work Location: 110 E. Houston Street, San Antonio, TX 78205. Position may telecommute/work remotely 2 days per week.

Job Duties: Deliver increased business efficiencies, process improvements, and data management/analysis through the effective use of IBM Planning Analytics tools. Responsible for enterprise business systems management and support through execution of projects as defined on the IBM Planning Analytics (IBM Cognos TM1) roadmap with a goal of delivering increased efficiencies and process improvements. Collaborate with various business teams to define and prioritize roadmap activities, including system requirements gathering, model development, model enhancements/ maintenance, analysis/reporting, and training. Apply aptitude and interest in data warehouse, including business intelligence, SQL (Structured Query Logic), and Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL). Participate in cross-functional finance team initiatives to drive best practices and optimal corporate results. Design and develop IBM Planning Analytics system solutions to include the following: business process analysis and customer requirements gathering; translate user requirements into technical design documentation; design and maintain large, complex cubes and dimensions in alignment with industry best practices. Build reporting suite using IBM Planning Analytics or other reporting tools. Work with IBM or offshore support on debugging / troubleshooting incidents and ticket resolution. Participate in system maintenance activities including application upgrades, patches, and monitor performance of planning systems environment and implement improvements as necessary. Support end users with TM1 Perspectives desktop software deployment and train systems administrators and end users on TM1 functionality, models, and report development utilizing best practices. Use of IBM Planning Analytics (formerly Cognos TM1), Informatica, SQL, Oracle, and Windows.

Requirements: This position requires a Master’s degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field. Plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years in a related occupation including Application Developer, Cognos TM1 Consultant, Business Analyst, or related experience. Will accept a Bachelor’s degree in any field of study plus 5 years of progressive experience in lieu of the required education and experience. A combination of foreign post-secondary education determined to be equivalent to a U.S. Bachelor’s degree is acceptable. Position requires 3 years of experience with developing IBM Planning Analytics / Cognos TM1, ETL, and SQL. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience as per the requirements cited herein. 40hrs/week.
