We have an exciting opportunity in the IT Risk Management (Insurance Services) dept for an IT Test Engineer Senior position. The Risk Management team is focused on the development of products (UI and APIs) for the claims management lifecycle, including claim processing, vehicle repair and damage recovery processes. Risk Management continuously strives to ensure the alignment of projects and products with organizational goals and objectives.
Job Summary:
The IT Test Engineer Senior is responsible for assessing and evaluating quality assurance test requirements to determine the scope of the functionality to be covered by testing. This position designs, produces, executes, and maintains software test plans and test cases. The Test Engineer Senior tests applications while documenting, tracking, and reporting on defects. This position also analyzes test results, leverages troubleshooting skills to assist with defining root cause, and coordinates and/or conducts re-testing after defects are addressed.
